Terms of service

Process
1. After I receive your submitted Commission Form, I will send you an e-mail confirming your slot. I will then send you a PayPal invoice for the services requested.
2. When payment is received, I will start working on the rough sketch and e-mail it to you for approval. This will be the step where I can make heavy modifications to the artwork without any additional fees, so please let me know if you would like me to make any changes.
3. I may send out WIPs or updates to your e-mail as I feel necessary. Feel free to reach out to me for any updates or if you would like to make changes. Major changes may incur additional fees or may be denied.
4. Finished Illustration! ❀
5. Once the commission is finished, you may request for one set of minor changes if necessary. Major changes would incur additional fees or may be denied.

General
✿ I reserve the right to deny any commission request.
✿ I retain ownership and rights of any artwork I produce.
✿ Clients are more than welcome to share and make minor edits to the commission work. Please provide credit when posting on social media.
✿ You may contact me for updates and request work-in-progress sketches (WIPs) at any time.
✿ With the exception of private commissions, I am free to post art and WIPs on social media.
✿ Commissions may take up to 1 to 6 weeks to produce, and I will do my best to meet this deadline to the best of my ability. If any sudden hindrances pop up that may affect my ability to meet the due date, I will let you know. Do tell me if there are specific due dates such as Valentine’s day or birthdays that you would like me to meet.
✿ I will not produce nor sell artwork intended to be non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
✿ These prices are for non-commercial use only. If you intend to use my artwork in any other way, please let me know and we can discuss the project.By commissioning me, you will have agreed to these terms of service.

Cancellations
✿ If a client cancels before the first sketch as been provided, a full refund can be issued.
✿ After the sketch, a partial refund may be issued depending on the complexity and progress done on the piece.
✿ After the linework has been delivered, refunds will no longer be issued.
